Production Line Mechanic / Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

- Location: On-Site Manufacturing Facility
- Pay: $21.00 - $22.75
We’re Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift!
We currently have three Line Mechanic I openings:
- 1st Shift : Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift : Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift : Monday–Friday | 8:00 PM–6:30 AM
KEEP PRODUCTION RUNNING:
We’re hiring Line Mechanics to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
If you have hands-on mechanical experience, enjoy figuring out why equipment isn’t working, and know how to get a production line back up and running, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Respond quickly to equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Complete equipment and production line changeovers
- Operate and maintain production equipment
- Prioritize repairs based on production needs
- Document downtime and production information
- Complete required quality and production paperwork
- Follow equipment, product, quality, GMP, food-safety, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate equipment issues with supervisors and team members
- Participate in required safety training
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
- At least 2+ years of machine troubleshooting and repair experience
- Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Preventive maintenance experience
- Equipment or production line changeover experience
