Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex issues within PLC-controlled automation systems and ladder logic. Configure, install, and maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and 480V 3-phase electrical infrastructure. Perform comprehensive maintenance on industrial hydraulic power units, pneumatic circuits, and proportional valve systems. Execute precision mechanical tasks, including pump alignment, gearbox repairs, and bearing replacements to extend equipment life. Drive operational efficiency by strictly adhering to preventive maintenance schedules and documenting all interventions in the CMMS. Champion a culture of safety by maintaining rigorous compliance with LOTO procedures and OSHA standards. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience maintaining industrial machinery in a production setting. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and hydraulic flow diagrams. Strong working knowledge of NFPA 70E and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Demonstrated ability to utilize diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters and PLC software. Preferred Skills Technical degree or specialized certification in industrial maintenance or electrical technology. Advanced experience in parameterizing and troubleshooting AC/DC drive systems.
