Billing Coordinator - Washington, DC Beacon Hill is seeking a Billing Specialist to join a growing team! This position is responsible for high-volume invoicing, billing accuracy, account reconciliation, and supporting accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Responsibilities: Prepare and process high-volume invoices accurately and on time Review contracts and billing terms to ensure proper invoicing Track billable expenses, hours, and supporting documentation Research and resolve billing discrepancies Respond to internal and external billing inquiries Reconcile billing records and maintain data accuracy Partner with accounting and operations teams to gather and validate billing information Assist with reporting, system updates, and process improvements Qualifications: 1+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support experience Strong understanding of invoicing and billing processes Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP or billing systems preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
