Duration: 3 Months
Shift: Mon-Fri 6 AM - 1:30 PM, Every Sat 6 AM - 12 PM
Location: Hollywood, FL 33021

HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS ARE REQUIRED - this is critical to the heart of the role

The ENTRY PSR I helps with patient care by greeting them upon arrival and answering any questions or concerns with care and compassion. The individual will also help maintain the integrity of the waiting area and assist with breaks when other Phlebotomists are unavailable. This individual will also be trained on Phlebotomy skills to grown within the company.
The ENTRY PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining what to expect to patients regarding the scheduled procedure for the patients in a safe and accurate manner. The ENTRY PSR I will demonstrate excellence in customer care while focusing on process skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information. The impact of this individual will be crucial to maintaining the integrity of the lobby and ensuring that all patients are provided with the level of service that is expected.

Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
Maintain a safe and professional environment.
Maintains required records and documentation.
Demonstrates organisational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general, along with a willingness to learn new skills.
Job Requirements:
Ability to handle patients with care and compassion while assisting with check-ins in the lobby through either a self-service kiosk or a handheld tablet
Be willing to step in and help fill in the drawing rooms
HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS ARE REQUIRED - this is critical to the heart of the role
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED - no exceptions
Must have Phlebotomy experience or a certificate
Work Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing customer service REQUIRED (Retail, Home Health Aide, etc).
Prior Phlebotomy experience is required
Must have Phlebotomy experience or a certificate
Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.
This is an Entry position that will also help fill in for phlebotomists, so candidates must be willing to work both in the front lobby and in a draw room.
If they are only wanting to work in a front desk or greeter position, please do not apply.
This is a Lobby Greeter position to help patients check in at the kiosk and to help them feel more comfortable while waiting to be called back for their labs to be run. Additional Job Details: Candidate must have reliable transportation to get to/from worksite without issue (bus, Uber, rideshare is not reliable transportation).
Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift. Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for termination
Candidates need to be within a 20-25 min commute window to ensure their ability to travel to/from the site for coverage.
