Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools to improve clients' mental health.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and create comprehensive treatment plans based on individualized needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are prescreened, stable individuals who present low acuity mental health needs. You will work with a diverse range of patients across various backgrounds, ensuring that care is culturally competent and tailored to meet their specific situations. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of a valid independent state license, which can be one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Proven ability to conduct evaluations, devise treatment plans, and implement interventions effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine empathetic approach to client care.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
