The application window is expected to close on: 10/08/2026 Meet The Team Splunk is looking for a Leader, Inside Sales to build and coach our Federal Business Development Representative (BDR) team. You'll manage reps who generate qualified pipeline across Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel accounts, from both inbound and outbound leads. This is a hands-on coaching role: you'll spend real time alongside your reps, sharpening how they run discovery and qualify opportunities before handing them to the sellers who close. This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
