Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee project planning, contract management, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating closely with the COR and project team to ensure successful and timely project completion.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
• Lead bi-weekly budget and contract management calls
• Develop and maintain work plans
• Ensure deliverables meet accuracy and clarity standards
• Keep projects on schedule and within CLIN ceiling prices

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Monitor project budgets and contract performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government stakeholders, and contractors.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Prepare project status reports, schedules, and presentations.
• Conduct project meetings and track action items through completion.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and recommendations to management and the COR.
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience supporting Federal Government contracts.
• Experience working with CORs and Contracting Officers.
• Experience with CLIN-based contracts and contract management.
• Experience managing technical reports, publications, communications, or other government deliverables.
