Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily office activities to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.


• Oversee administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.


• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational workflow.


• Maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and coordinate vendor relationships.


• Handle scheduling, correspondence, and communications with internal teams and external partners.


• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting related to office expenditures.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.


• Working knowledge and familiarity with accounting processes and procedures.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


• Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising staff.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.


• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office management or dealership administration preferred.
