Bilingual HR Generalist - Manufacturing - $80k-$90k

HR GeneralistAs the HR Generalist, you will partner closely with employees and front-line leaders to support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, and day-to-day HR operations. You'll serve as a trusted resource for managers, provide guidance on HR policies and best practices, assist with performance and staffing initiatives, and help ensure a positive employee experience across the organization. The position offers broad exposure to all facets of human resources, significant interaction with business leaders, and the chance to contribute to a company undergoing continued growth and expansion. Ideal candidates enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where they can drive meaningful results. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Prior HR experience in manufacturing or adjacent industry is preferred.
