Accounts Receivable Manager

To support a growing financial operations team, the full-time Accounts Receivable Manager will manage the end-to-end A/R cycle, drive process efficiency through automation and AI tools, and lead a team of A/R specialists while collaborating with cross-functional partners in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Manage invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation processes to ensure timely and accurate billing Lead and mentor a team of A/R specialists, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance invoicing and collections workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of progressive A/R experience, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role Strong understanding of A/R operations, collections strategies, and DSO management Proficiency with ERP or billing systems, such as NetSuite or QuickBooks Enterprise High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including experience with large data sets and reporting automation
