Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager

As a Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health and operational integrity of the revenue cycle. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations, ensure accurate revenue recognition, and develop scalable financial processes within a dynamic, mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete accounts receivable lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all customer accounts.
• Continuously enhance revenue recognition processes in compliance with ASC 606 and GAAP standards.
• Monitor aging reports and lead proactive collections outreach, escalating issues as necessary to resolve delinquencies and minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams to address billing disputes, credit holds, and contract discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports, including aging summaries, cash flow forecasts, and KPI dashboards for finance leadership.
• Maintain and optimize financial systems to ensure transaction accuracy, workflow efficiency, and audit readiness.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accounts receivable subledger reconciliation to the general ledger.
• Develop, document, and enforce internal controls and accounts receivable policies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to inquiries from external auditors related to revenue and receivables.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale accounts receivable workflows as the company expands.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA preferred.
• 4, 6 years of experience in accounts receivable, revenue operations, or a related finance role, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Deep understanding of accounts receivable processes, revenue recognition principles (ASC 606), and GAAP.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage collections and resolve billing disputes with professionalism and urgency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, remote environment and work independently with minimal oversight.

• CPA or progress toward a professional certification.
• Prior experience implementing or improving accounts receivable automation tools.

This is a full-time remote position.

The national pay range for this position is a base salary of $130, 000, $180, 000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, subject to company policies.
