Accounts Payable Specialist Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Location: KWA58 1 Electric Ave. Position Type: Hourly contract (W2 only). Hybrid scheduling. Work hours 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the oversight and management of efficient and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions within the organization. Produce performance and variance analysis for accounts payable activities. Support month-end close and accurate reporting for the accounts payable function. Qualifications: Previous experience in accounts payable or related financial operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
