Job Summary As a Product Support Specialist, you willprovide technical assistance for both standard and non-standard systems, warranty efforts, and remedial repairs. Will be under the general supervision of the Customer Manager Services. What You Will Do In a call center environment provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolve urgent technical issues help requests via email, CRM, and/or by phone. Complete tickets, weekly timesheets, expenses, and/or project in a timely manner. Stay current with training on all new and updated systems and equipment. Assists with Parts Ordering and Warranty Analysis. Assists with developing training materials and training users on software and hardware. Possesses a thorough knowledge of ATS, Switchgear, and similar systems. Monitor status of Helpdesk Tickets, CAT-ISO (RFQ and Orders), DSN, and SWGR DPSC mailbox. Identifies and escalates complex issues to management. What You Will Have High School diploma or GED. At least 1-3 years of experience working in the customer service industry, problem solving trouble shooting, and/or mechanical assembly. Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work well in a team environment. Top Candidates Will Have Ability to understand, assemble and/or wire to diagrams / schematics with precise detail. Experience in high-volume inbound calls while maintaining professionalism, patience, and positive customer experiences. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods. Ability to perform repetitive operations. Ability to lift to 35 lbs. Shift Monday through Friday; 8AM – 5PM. Additional overtime as needed. Summary Pay Range $28.10 - $36.50 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
