Manager Strategic Enablement

Job Overview The Manager, Strategic Enablement is responsible for spearheading analytics enablement initiatives and managing cross-functional programs that support organizational growth. This role leads the execution of key initiatives including governance improvements, data citizen programs, and profitability enablement. The role partners with stakeholders to define, pilot, and scale new analytics capabilities while ensuring successful adoption across business domains. Through strategic execution and outcome-focused delivery, the role advances analytics maturity and drives measurable business impact. Duties & Responsibilities Lead enterprise analytics enablement initiatives and manage timelines, dependencies, and outcomes Drive execution of governance, profitability enablement, and data citizen programs Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions, and scale capabilities Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure delivery of measurable business valueSupport adoption and advancement of analytics maturity across the organization Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Proven experience leading enterprise analytics projects and cross-functional programs Strong understanding of data governance and profitability enablement practices Effective collaboration and partnership across business functions Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment Ability to translate business requirements into actionable, scalable data solutions Demonstrated leadership in analytics enablement and strategic initiative execution Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Experience driving change management and adoption strategies Outcome-focused execution with consistent delivery of business value Commitment to fostering a data-driven culture and supporting organizational growth Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (4 years) 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Finance Work Environment Office Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Coca-Cola Bottling Co.
