We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager – Cybersecurity & Technology Transformation to lead large-scale, multi-million-dollar enterprise programs across cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure domains.
This role requires strong expertise in program governance, executive stakeholder management, and delivering complex initiatives within highly regulated financial services environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing global delivery teams, driving strategic transformation, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
You will play a critical role in establishing program frameworks, managing risks, delivering business outcomes, and enabling secure, scalable technology transformation across enterprise platforms.
Lead and manage large-scale cybersecurity, cloud, and technology transformation programs across enterprise environments
Establish and enforce program governance frameworks , ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements
Drive strategic planning and roadmap execution for complex, multi-year programs
Manage program financials, budgets, and forecasting for multi-million-dollar initiatives
Oversee resource allocation and global team coordination (onshore/offshore delivery models)
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues , ensuring timely escalation and resolution
Manage relationships with vendors, system integrators, and external partners
Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications to stakeholders and steering committees
Lead change management initiatives to support large-scale business and technology transformations
Deliver programs using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies based on organizational needs
Drive execution of cybersecurity programs , including governance, risk, and compliance initiatives
Support implementation of cloud and container platforms (e.g., Ensure adherence to security controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, etc.)
15+ years of program and project management experience
10+ years managing large-scale cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or technology transformation programs
Strong experience working in regulated financial services environments
Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholders and steering committees

Experience managing global onshore/offshore teams
Exposure to enterprise-scale regulatory compliance and audit programs
