Program Manager Time Migration

Overview The Program Manager at Intapp leads the execution of a program of software implementation projects for our clients across a complex, matrixed organization. As the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and senior client stakeholders, the Program Manager drives program success, stakeholder satisfaction, and value delivery on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage and drive a program plan, including interdependencies across projects, working closely with project managers, business unit leads, and the Migration Program Director. Prepare and lead program updates to internal stakeholders. Act as trusted advisor for client Intapp sponsors and senior/executive stakeholders, meeting regularly to gather feedback, provide insight, and identify risks. Work hands‑on with project managers to ensure deadlines are met, client expectations managed, and risks mitigated. Provide management in a matrixed capacity to project managers and Intapp service professionals. Escalate issues swiftly to senior client leaders and develop resolution plans. Negotiate with senior-level internal and external stakeholders to secure win‑win outcomes. Match project team members—including subcontractors—to projects, identify resource gaps. Leverage innovative methodologies, enablers, and best practices to accelerate delivery and time to value. Qualifications 3–5 years of program direction/management experience in a geo‑dispersed, matrixed organization, delivering a diverse portfolio of software products for multiple clients. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Minimum 8 years of experience in a technology‑oriented company or functional role. Legal, consulting, accounting (Big4), or risk experience is a huge plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills—significant direct customer interaction. Excellent organizational, administrative, and detail‑oriented skills. Results‑oriented, resourceful, able to work under tight deadlines in a start‑up environment. Self‑starter with demonstrated multi‑tasking ability. Bachelor’s degree; advanced or master’s degree highly preferred. Prince2/PMP certifications (or similar) are a plus. Preferred Skills Legal sector experience. Strategic consulting or Big4 consulting experience. Excellent hands‑on skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
