FP&A Analyst | Financial Planning & Analysis

West Chester, PA (Onsite) | Full-Time | Immediate Need - Interviewing ASAP

We're seeking an FP&A Analyst with 2-5 years of experience who can hit the ground running and support critical forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business analysis initiatives. This is an urgent opening with strong visibility to leadership and excellent long-term growth potential.

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams to support key business decisions
• Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plans
• Perform variance analysis, KPI reporting, and trend analysis
• Build financial models to evaluate performance, risks, and opportunities
• Create executive reporting packages and presentations
• Analyze revenue, labor costs, and operational metrics across the organization
• Leverage Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to improve reporting and analytics
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

✅ 2-5 years of FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Accounting experience

✅ Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial modeling

✅ Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or similar reporting tools

✅ ERP experience, preferably Oracle or other large enterprise financial systems

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

✅ Ability to transform financial data into meaningful business insights

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Multi-location or multi-division business environments
• Labor forecasting and operational finance
• Executive dashboard development and reporting
• Process improvement and automation initiatives

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, PA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
