Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Henry Medical Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload by establishing rapport with clients and guiding them through their therapeutic journeys while maintaining adherence to ethical standards.

• Conducting regular client meetings to assess progress, address stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate, fostering an open dialogue throughout the therapeutic process.

• Creating and monitoring personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and needs, ensuring that each plan is dynamic and responsive to the client's evolving situation.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to provide a clear narrative of each client's therapeutic experience.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, adapting techniques for various client needs, and conducting assessments to determine diagnoses and the best course of intervention.

• Engaging in individual supervision to reflect on your practice and explore new therapeutic techniques, enhancing personal and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a youth-focused population, addressing a spectrum of emotional and behavioral challenges. Your work will be vital in helping children, adolescents, and families navigate issues related to anxiety, trauma, depression, substance abuse, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations.

• Solid foundation in assessment and diagnosis, with experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
