Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions designed for young adults that foster a sense of community, enabling clients to share experiences and support one another in a safe environment.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized therapy sessions that empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them develop coping strategies tailored to their individual needs.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, aspirations, and progress.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback techniques to evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care, coordinating treatment strategies and consulting on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking support through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces distinct mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. By employing holistic and evidence-based treatment approaches, you will work towards facilitating their recovery and personal growth within a structured therapeutic framework.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid and active LPC license in the state of Arizona.
