Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and various groups, evaluating their psychological and social needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the assessments, utilizing clinically appropriate interventions to support client growth.

• Engage in regular communication with colleagues to discuss treatment plans, collaborate on interdisciplinary care approaches, and actively participate in team meetings to ensure effective patient management.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as per regulatory standards and departmental expectations, facilitating seamless coordination of care.

• Provide effective case management for assigned clients, collaborating with community resources and other professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive and appropriate care.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to assist clients in addressing their mental health challenges and achieving their personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed clinician with designation as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of New Jersey.

• Willingness to work flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, based on client demand and personal availability.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competence in therapeutic modalities and client management.

• Experience with evidence-based therapies, particularly CBT, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
