Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, formulating precise treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Facilitate effective communication with multi-disciplinary teams, participating in patient rounds and contributing to cohesive interdisciplinary care plans.

• Manage a caseload of clients by providing thorough case management services, including collaboration with community resources and professionals—ensuring appropriate referrals and follow-up treatments.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, to support clients in achieving their individualized treatment goals.

• Complete ethical documentation promptly per departmental deadlines, contributing to a seamless continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright Health Psychotherapy, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role encompasses addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. • Candidates must hold a current and valid licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the State of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
