As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration needs while guiding them through the restoration process from inspection to project completion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently Comfortable working outdoors Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications Sales experience Customer service experience Construction industry experience Prospecting or lead generation experience Commission-based sales experience Skills for Success Relationship Building Consultative Selling Communication Negotiation Time Management Problem Solving Lead Generation Project Coordination Customer Service Work Environment This is a field-based sales position requiring local travel throughout your assigned territory. Project Consultants spend time meeting with homeowners, conducting inspections, generating leads, and managing projects in various weather conditions.
