Compensation:

$160,000+ at plan

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward

• Generate acquisition opportunities through prospecting and outreach
• Build relationships with homeowners and identify potential seller needs
• Maintain consistent follow up using established systems and processes
• Evaluate opportunities alongside experienced real estate professionals
• Participate in coaching, training, and daily lead generation activities

Qualifications:

• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented

• Good communication
• A real estate license is required in order to work with clients
• Self-starter and motivated

• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Coachable with a willingness to learn proven systems
