We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who is ready to expand their business in the luxury market while earning rewarding commissions. You will connect with motivated buyers and sellers, respond to new inquiries, conduct client consultations, and maintain consistent follow up throughout the sales process. The focus is on developing strong client relationships while improving the communication, conversion, and sales skills needed to perform at a high level in luxury real estate.

Working closely with experienced luxury agents gives you the opportunity to learn proven approaches to lead management, client service, negotiations, and relationship development. Coaching and practical experience will help you create productive daily habits, strengthen your ability to move conversations toward appointments, and develop a business that generates repeat clients and referrals.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers

• Work with active buyer and seller leads generated through the Zillow Premier Flex program
• Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction process
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
• Schedule and attend property showings and client appointments
• Negotiate offers and contracts while providing a high level of client service
• Maintain accurate records and follow up within the CRM
• Prospect daily to generate additional business and expand your pipeline
• Collaborate with team members to improve conversion and client experience
• Stay current on local market trends, inventory, and pricing strategies
• Participate in team coaching, training, and accountability meetings
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that leads to repeat and referral business

Qualifications:

• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Tech savvy
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

• Real estate license
• Comfortable with lead follow up and consistent prospecting
• Professional presentation and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Experience with buyer and seller representation is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate technology is a plus
• Motivated to succeed in the luxury real estate market through consistent daily activity
