Position Information The Research Technician I, under general supervision performs entry level, semi-skilled, technical support research work involving performance of routine tasks. This position supervises and participates in farm work and greenhouse maintenance. Responsibilities 20% – Assist with maintaining the grounds and property, including mowing, cleaning, and general maintenance of greenhouses. 40% – Assist with data collection for the Ball trial, including potting, planting, and other trial-related activities. 20% – Perform routine watering and ensure plants receive appropriate care. 10% – Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualfications High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of related experience. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
