Financial Analyst III

Immediate need for a talented Financial Analyst III. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS ( Onsite). Key Responsibilities: Establish standard costs and collect operational data to determine cost of operations. Analyze actual results against plans and forecasts to identify financial status. Guide the cost analysis process by enforcing policies and providing trends and forecasts. Monitor variances and recommend actions to management based on your analyses. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. Maintain databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Develop automated accounting applications to increase productivity. Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience as a Cost Analyst or Financial Analyst. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in SQL. Understanding of basic accounting and finance functions. Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Financial reporting, data reconciliation, and trend analysis expertise. Operational data collection and analysis capabilities. Experience with Power BI, Oracle/SAP, AI tools, or IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
