Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, Doctor’s offices, clinics and other referral sources. Conduct outreach activities, including networking events, health fairs, and community presentations, to raise awareness of BHRAGS Home Care. Assist potential leads with NYIA assessments and Medicaid applications. Collaborate with our intake team to facilitate the intake process for new clients. Provide educational sessions to healthcare professionals and community members on our services. Track marketing metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns. Provide weekly production reports showcasing your daily activity as well as communicating detailed notes on the company CRM to track lead/referral progress. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Requirements The ability to read and write in English, Mandarin and Cantonese High School diploma, Bachelor degree in related field is preferred. Proven experience in marketing, sales and/or business development, in healthcare or home care. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Comprehensive communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for making a positive impact. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to mobilize throughout NYC boroughs & stand, climb, bend, walk and lift in the line of duty. Experience with MS Word, MS Excel and Customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
