Conduct on-site property evaluations to determine fair and profitable offers. Manage your pipeline like a pro, follow up, follow through, and never let a deal slip. Consistently hit (and beat) your monthly and quarterly goals. Collaborate with our Inside Sales and Ops teams to ensure smooth deal flow. This is a full-time, W-2 position. Compensation- $75,000 – $150,000 at plan earnings — top performers can exceed this range. Responsibilities: • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel Qualifications: • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales Compensation: $75,000 – $150,000+ at plan earnings
