Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Production Supervisor Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. The role involves hiring, training, and managing entry‑level production staff across fast‑paced shifts, meeting daily productivity and quality targets, controlling inventory, ensuring plant safety, and maintaining OSHA compliance. This is a hands‑on management position with responsibility for daily production flow and bottom‑line results. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, and direct entry‑level production team members. Set and meet daily productivity and quality objectives. Maintain inventory control and safety standards. Provide training on company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Promote a culture of safety at the location. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Ability to handle physical demands of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting. Ability to set and prioritize goals.
