Position Title : Regional Sales Representative

Build a territory, grow lasting customer relationships, and sell solutions that keep industrial operations moving. A well-established industrial equipment company is seeking a Regional Sales Representative - Central Indiana to drive new business and expand existing accounts throughout Central Indiana. This role will sell cranes, parts, and services while spending significant time in the field prospecting, meeting customers, visiting job sites, and developing long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate is a proven industrial sales professional who is comfortable cold calling, opening doors, and building a territory while maintaining the high level of service existing customers expect.

Salary Range : $80,000 - $90,000 / Year, DOE


Responsibilities

• Drive new business development throughout the Central Indiana territory through cold calling, prospecting, and direct outreach
• Sell industrial cranes, parts, and service solutions to new and existing customers
• Manage and grow a portfolio of established and legacy customer accounts
• Identify prospective customers and develop relationships with key decision-makers
• Follow up on incoming leads, customer inquiries, and outstanding quotes
• Conduct customer meetings and job site visits throughout the territory
• Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate equipment and service solutions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of successful sales experience within heavy industrial equipment or a closely related industrial environment
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing customer accounts
• Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a defined sales territory
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong communication, follow-through, and customer service skills
• Ability to travel throughout Central Indiana with occasional overnight travel
