Onsite Print Support Technician

Our client, a leading provider in the printing and document management industry, is seeking a Onsite Print Administrator to join their team. As a Onsite Print Administrator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the onsite technical support team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Onsite Print Administrator Location: Mather, CA Pay Range: 29.00 What's the Job? Monitor printing systems and hardware to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems using established protocols. Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, paper, and other supplies to ensure smooth operations. Assist end users with device functionality and troubleshoot common issues such as paper jams. Conduct routine installations, configurations, and execute scripted change management activities in compliance with company standards. Coordinate with support teams and report customer satisfaction levels to ensure high-quality service delivery. What's Needed? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
