What You’ll Do Depending on the position and department, production team members may: Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Assemble, manufacture, prepare, or ship products according to established standards Follow work instructions and quality procedures Inspect products and materials for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet production, quality, and safety expectations Work collaboratively with teammates, supervisors, and other departments Follow all company policies and safety requirements What We’re Looking For We’re looking for team members who are: Dependable and committed to showing up ready to work Safety-minded and quality-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Able to follow instructions and learn new processes Team-oriented with a positive attitude Willing to work the schedule associated with the position Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not always required. We’re willing to train the right candidates! Multiple Shifts Available We regularly have opportunities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts , depending on the location and position.
