About the role The Financial Analyst I (FAI) will be responsible for performing financial analysis, valuation, and modeling exercises to inform decisions related to the following functions: long‑term strategic planning, investor relations, capital markets, commercial negotiations, and M&A. This person will be required to break down complex business problems and summarize their findings into simple business stories. Ability to work independently, seek answers, and learn and be curious are crucial. What you will do Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modeling exercises to inform financial, strategic, and commercial decision making. Synthesize financial analysis into clear, concise deliverables for use across the organization. Collaborate with teams across the business to gather key assumptions. Interpret the contents of financial statements and reports. Reconcile and summarize data from multiple sources. Work collaboratively and balance accuracy and timeliness to deliver on time. Utilize prioritization skills to balance long‑term and short‑term needs. Anticipate next steps by maintaining focus of ultimate objective. Define problems, collect data, establish facts to draw valid conclusions. Exhibit close attention to details and demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills. What you will need to succeed Education qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Experience qualifications 0-2 years of experience in broad accounting or finance required Understand, apply, and interpret financial & accounting concepts Strong analytical and organizational skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Organizational relationship Title(s) of Direct Reports: N/A Where you will work To optimize collaboration, relationship building, and key stakeholder engagement, this role aligns to a 4:1 hybrid model which is in office Monday-Thursday with the option for remote work on Fridays. Compensation The salary range offered for this position is $58,200 – $80,100 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to depth of experience, role‑related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
