Job Description
Elite Permits is looking for a Project Manager to own client projects from intake to permit issuance. This role is built for someone who takes initiative and drives results without being told twice.
What you'll do:
Own a portfolio of projects and see each one through to timely approval.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and confident.
Coordinate plan review and inspection scheduling across jurisdictions and portals.
Keep projects moving: track deliverables, clear bottlenecks, and hold timelines.
Guide permit technicians and coordinate the work that supports your projects.
Navigate building departments, applications, and permitting systems with accuracy.
What you bring:
Experience in permitting, construction, or project management.
An ownership mindset: you catch problems early and solve them.
Sharp organization and a knack for building systems that scale.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with Microsoft programs, CRM software, and Google Chrome.
The ability to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping detail.
