Location: 40-20 Main St 3rd Floor, Flushing, NY 11354
Compensation: $25-32 per hour
Patient Mix: PPO /FFS
Schedule: Full Time - Potential Saturdays
Benefits Eligibility: Full Time Schedules are eligible for benefits.

United Dental Corporation is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team in the vibrant Flushing area. 

We are looking for a professional, organized, and patient-focused individual who enjoys creating a positive patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a dental practice.

As a Front Office Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in the patient experience while supporting scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, and the day-to-day flow of the practice.

What You'll Do 

• Greet and check in patients 

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls 

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments 

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits 

• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records 

• Assist patients with treatment financing options 

• Maintain patient charts and documentation 

• Support office productivity through effective scheduling and communication 

• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience 

• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Strong customer service and communication skills 

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 

• Basic computer proficiency 

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude 

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment 

Preferred 

• Periodontal office experience
• Dental front office experience 

• Experience with dental insurance verification 

• Experience with treatment presentation and financial arrangements 

• Experience with dental practice management software 

• Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments 

• Bilingual skills (if applicable to market)
