Regional Sales Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive territory growth by building trusted relationships with agents, agencies, and brokers across a defined region. The Regional Sales Manager will represent the organization in market-facing settings, expand the local presence, and strengthen distribution partnerships. This position blends business development, relationship management, recruiting, and training to help increase sales performance and support long-term territory success. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Attend and travel to industry events nationwide Develop and maintain agent and agency relationships Establish a local presence for the company Drive sales growth in assigned territory Manage broker relationships to optimize marketing investment Recruit agents and agencies for the territory Conduct recruitment and training seminars for agents Facilitate CE courses and meet monthly sales goals Utilize internal systems for agent interaction tracking Qualifications Proven relationship-building skills with agents and agencies Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational and follow-through capabilities Excellent presentation and communication skills Willingness to travel 50% of the time Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform necessary movements Benefits Generous PTO and holiday schedule, including extra time off for community service and birthdays Choice of multiple health insurance plans 401(k) with employer matching that vests immediately HSA contributions available for eligible health plans Employee ownership program after one year of service Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
