2nd Shift Assembler

1st or 2nd Shift Electronic Assembly Openings in the Manheim Area

We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Electronics Assembler on 2nd shift. In this hands-on role, you'll build and assemble electronic components in a fast-paced environment while learning valuable technical skills. This position offers paid training, cross-training opportunities, and a clear path to permanent hire.

What You'll Do

• Assemble printed circuit boards, units, and sub-assemblies using diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
• Install and mount electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, transformers, and integrated circuits
• Perform soldering and basic mechanical assembly tasks
• Align and position parts using fixtures and tools to ensure precise assembly
• Conduct basic testing and inspections to ensure product quality (go/no-go testing)
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions
• Operate assembly equipment and support production flow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
• Collaborate with team members, engineers, and technicians to meet production goals
• Participate in cross-training across multiple assembly areas

• Dress code: company t-shirt, pants (no holes), and steel-toe boots required

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Manheim, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
