MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE COLORADO Registered Nurse (RN) LICENSE Human Touch Home Care is seeking a Administrator, Clinical Manager (DON) to function as an exceptional manager responsible for the oversite and direction of care management, quality assurance, and compliance for the home care services.About us: We are a home healthcare provider in the area. We provide comprehensive, skilled, and non-skilled services, to our home bound clients in Colorado, with an excellent track record of client-focused care. We strive to help clients to improve their lives while in the comfort of their homes. To meet our standard of care, we offer a variety of affordable and high-quality home health care solutions that will meet the needs of the seniors, disabled, and ill members of the community.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Positive and supportive work environmentContribution to improving healthcare access and quality in the communityComprehensive benefits package including:Health insuranceVisionDentalPaid Time OffSick LeaveRetirement plansResponsibilities:Lead, direct and support a team of Nurses and Medical Professionals with varying credentials in a fast-paced home health agency.Work as a team to uphold the company's mission, vision, and core valuesDevelop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; as well as company policies & proceduresPromote and champion employees and patient safety/ well beingMonitor/audit staff practices and process improvement implementation for quality assuranceEvaluate the company's nurse program and individual performance to ensure the best possible patient clinical outcomes and satisfactionQualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required)A minimum of 3 years of supervisor/manager experience in Home Health (required)Minimum of 3 years of experience with Medicare and OasisBachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field (required)Prior experience with computers and medical software, eMARUnderstanding of and demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standardsExcellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectivelyJob Type: Full-time - OnsiteSalary: Based on experience Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pmExperience:Home Health Care Management: 3 years (required)RN: 2 years (required)Work Location: In personLicense/Certification: RN License (Required)Note - This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
