Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient examinations, accurately reviewing medical histories and vital signs to understand each patient's unique health concerns.
• Order, interpret, and explain diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies, to aid in the formulation of treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage various acute conditions, including infections, injuries, and illnesses, providing timely interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, and asthma, ensuring comprehensive management.
• Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness while educating patients on medication adherence.
• Maintain accurate patient records using advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless communication with other healthcare professionals.
• Engage and educate patients and their families on preventative health measures, chronic disease management, and lifestyle modifications.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physician Assistant in our urgent care clinic, you will serve a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience as a Physician Assistant in an urgent care or equivalent clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits
