The ideal candidate will assist with repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility projects to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.Maintenance RequirementsPrevious experience doing Maintenance preferably in healthcareAbility to operate hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipmentStrong problem solving skills and attention to detailGood communication skills and a profession, courteous approachKnowledge of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsMaintenance ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systemsRespond to maintenance requestsPerform inspections of facility systems and report any issuesHelp maintain facility grounds and upkeep outdoor areasMaintain accurate records of maintenance workAssist in emergency situations such as power outage, or plumbing issuesEnsure resident rooms, common areas, and staff areas are safe, functional and well maintainedAssist with repairs and general building upkeepWork with the Maintenance Director to prepare rooms for new admissions and dischargesHelp ensure the facility complies with OSHA and other safety standardsWhy Join Medical Suites at Oak Creek?We believe in supporting the people who care for our residents every day.
