Overview We have been retained by one of the leading commercial general contractors local to the Tallahassee, FL area. They have been in business for over 50 years with a diverse project portfolio. They have a lot of recurring clients in the area and as a result they have a large backlog of work. They are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join their team. Here is some information about the opportunity: Responsibilities Lead local projects with no travel risk and manage the project lifecycle within the local Tallahassee area. Develop and maintain a pipeline of projects via relationships with local government and university partners. Build a variety of projects up to $75 million across healthcare, government, education, sports facilities, and more. Support a strong compensation package and opportunities for growth.
