Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to join our team and drive operational efficiency. iGas USA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, managing a team of maintenance technicians, and performing hands-on repairs and upkeep to ensure that all facilities operate efficiently and safely. This role requires technical proficiency in general maintenance, and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. Responsibilities Technical, vocational training or certifications and licenses preferred 5+ years of experience in general maintenance or facility repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Broad knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical) Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical ability Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, safety regulations, and compliance standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that involve standing, climbing, bending, and working in confined spaces Requirements Supervise and schedule a team of maintenance staff Assign work orders, monitor progress, and ensure tasks are completely safely, on time and to quality standards Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party services, including contract negotiations, to ensure timely and cost-effective support Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify and assess maintenance needs Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and documents Manage maintenance inventory, tools, supplies Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards Escalate and address any operational or safety issues promptly to minimize business impact Join our team and help us cool the world Email your resume to: View email address on click.appcast.io or apply directly on LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
