Account & Payments Support Specialist
Meduit | Driving Revenue Cycle Performance
Meduit is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers with account questions, payments, and issue resolution onsite in Charlotte, NC. The role involves handling calls, documenting interactions, and following established workflows to ensure quality service. The position offers 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts, starting 11/2/2026, with $16-$18/hour base pay plus incentives and a $2/hour differential for the 10:00 AM–7:00 PM shift.
