This role is designed as a meaningful growth pathway for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to advance within the company and expand their impact beyond direct therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, a proven track record of supporting children and families, and the ability to stay calm during challenging moments. This professional will serve as a vital bridge between clients, families, therapists, and the clinical team, supporting clinical operations, crisis management, and the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
