The position serves as a clinical resource throughout the implementation process, working closely with Sales, Laboratory Operations, Client Services, Billing/Reimbursement, and other internal teams to coordinate account launches, provide training, resolve implementation challenges, and support successful transition to routine operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the implementation and onboarding of new physician practices and healthcare organizations, coordinating implementation plans with Sales and Operations. Participate in pre‑implementation discussions, sales meetings, conferences, customer events, clinical education programs, and national product or program launches as needed. Assist with the development and improvement of training materials, implementation guides, checklists, and other clinical resources. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate customer and field feedback to internal teams. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Minimum of 2 yrs of clinical healthcare experience in a physician office, outpatient clinic, hospital, specialty practice, or similar healthcare environment. Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care processes. Excellent communication, presentation, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
