What You’ll Do as a Family Support Specialist

As a Family Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting families as they navigate life’s challenges. Your work will make a direct impact by helping individuals access the resources, tools, and opportunities they need to succeed. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing personalized support to families, addressing their unique needs and goals.
• Connecting families with community resources, services, and opportunities.
