Position Summary

As a Peer Support Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in fostering connections and guiding a team of peer support professionals. Your leadership will help ensure our mission of creating a supportive and interconnected ecosystem is realized. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of peer support professionals, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and provide guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a related field, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, guide, and support a team while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
