Lead/Senior Investigator Position You will serve as Lead/Senior Investigator on the NIA Inspector General (IG) Staff, with primary responsibility for managing the NIA and ONI Hotline Programs. You will plan, conduct, and coordinate investigations or inquiries into allegations of misconduct, fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement by personnel assigned to NIA and subordinate Echelon III/IV commands. You will analyze complaint and allegation(s) to identify the issues and determine relevant guidance and evidence. You will communicate effectively orally and in writing and present facts and ideas to management in a succinct and organized manner to influence or convince senior leadership to take appropriate action. #J-18808-Ljbffr US Marine Corps
