Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs, developing individualized therapy strategies that promote positive outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that each session is tailored to the participant's unique circumstances.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, based on client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to provide integrated care to our clients.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress while adhering to confidentiality regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will span a diverse range of patients, including those dealing with relationship issues, trauma, substance abuse, and overall mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals and families from various backgrounds, emphasizing cultural competence and sensitivity in your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, preferably with a focus on family therapy or collaborative therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of effective rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to enhance client care.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, with opportunities for performance bonuses.

• Flexible working hours accommodating various schedules, with operational hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.
