Overview Restaurant Assistant Manager at Jaggers Restaurant Careers, Longview, TX. This role is at the Assistant Manager level and focuses on leadership in front-of-house dining and back-of-house kitchen operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Annual salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
